Beef
We grew up in Alberta where beef was king. It still lends itself to so many superb meals that we can't help but
turn to it once in a while -- besides it goes so well with Cabernet Sauvignon!

Highlights
There are some excellent recipes in this Section; Take a look at the Grilled Steaks
Balsamico for example. These are steaks marinated in a fig and balsamic marinade and then grilled
on a charcoal BBQ. Serve with a blob of melted Boursin cheese on top and a drizzle of good,
viscous Balsamic vinegar. Wow!
Steak Diane is also a special treat.
For a regular weekday dinner, you can’t beat the Meatloaf (leftovers makes a fantastic
sandwich).
