Dips and Spreads

Every Appetizer Party has one or more dips with crackers, bread slices, or crudites to scrape up the precious offering.  We have selected several that we rated "10" in our recipe collection.

Higlights

My favourite, of course, is the French Bread Dip.  The only problem with this appetizer is that it's been around so long that everyone has had it.

If you'd like something that's great but unique, try the Green Olive and Artichoke Tapinade, Steph's favourite.

Also special is the Goat Cheese with Sun-dried Tomatoes.  The flavours are complex and have that come-back-for-more quality.
