Soups 

In case you didn't know, almost all soups improve for a few days and then start to decline.  You should reheat the whole soup every other day to keep them at their best.

Highlights

Hot and Sour SoupThe soup I make the most is the Hot and Sour Soup for a Chinese dinner.  It is the best one I've ever tasted.  It's also fun to make, so give it a try. 

Steph likes to make the Cream of Celery Soup with Tomato Croutons and it's the one she makes that I like best.  It has a slightly coarse texture and the taste of the celery root is intriquing.  The tomato jam on the crouton sprinkled with a little julienned celery really adds to the dish.

Carrot Soup Ian is a great soup to start off a turkey dinner.  It really feels like Fall!
