This Section covers appetizers that might be served on what might be called a crust.  Whether it's a large crust cut into serving sizes after making or actual tarts made in serving sized pieces, they are a great way to serve something to nibble on with a pre-dinner glass of wine.

Highlights

The Filo Tomato Tart is my most asked for appetizer recipe.  It's not only fantastic tasting, it's presentation is very attractive.
