Treats
This Section includes baking recipes. Some are clearly meant for after dinner courses, some are just
treats to have around for nibbling, and some could be either. So you might have to look in both
places if you are looking for a dessert.

Category drop down list.

Desserts
It's hard to choose between these recipes for a star because so many of them are really good,
but I make the Cranberry Crumble the most if that helps. It's easy to make, looks good,
and tastes great.
If you're making Plum Pudding, for Christmas the Grand Marnier Hard Sauce is so good, your
friends will give you a standing ovation.
Steph's description of how to make the Pavlova is worth reading. She makes a superb pavlova
with a world class crust.
Mango Heaven is simple, light, and wonderful over vanilla ice cream. Asian dinners are hard to
match with desserts but this one works.
Muffins and More
Steph makes the Luscious Apricot Bars sometimes for treats at home (not often
enough) and we have taken them to Pot Luck parties. When we serve them to guests, she is always
asked for the recipe.
My favourite breakfast treat though, are the Raspberry Muffins. The topping is so
good, I just want to eat tops.
