Other Asian

We don't have very many recipes from some of the other Asian countries but we have come across a few from Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Malyasia.  It's obvious that these cuisines are as interesting as those that we do tend to focus on so perhaps we'll find more in the future.

Highlights

I recently found a recipe for Chicken Adobo from the Philippines that is outstanding.  We drizzled a very good toasted Sesame Oil on the fried Bok Choy which turned out to be a very good idea.  It's my new favourite Asian vegetable!
