Deep South BBQ - Ribs and Beans
Having lived a while in Texas, we really came to appreciate the special BBQ flavours of
Southeastern food. Each area has it's own spin on how to cook and flavour the meat, from vinegar mops, to
thick, sweet sauces, to dry rubs. Our favourite is the combination of dry rub and sweet, spicy sauce, a
specialty of the Kansas City area.
