Indian Feast
Our good friend, Elspeth Davey, introduced us to the Indian Feast many years ago and it has been a
favourite ever since. For several days ahead of the event, you cook a dish or two each day so that on
the feast day, you can serve a buffet of Indian dishes. It's wonderful.
We serve a Pinot Noir with Indian food, but a slightly sweet white (gewurztraminer or riesling) is good too.
